Cancellation Policy - An order cannot be cancelled unless you receive authorized written consent from NetQem.
Return Policy - Our products will be replaced if defective in manufacture, labeling or packaging. Requests for returns for any other reason must be directed to customer technical service and be authorized in writing by NetQem. These returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
